IT Outsourcing in Kazakhstan

IT outsourcing in Kazakhstan gives you a strong engineering team without the cost and risk of hiring in-house. WIZICO Tech (WIZICO Technologies LLP), with its office in Almaty, is an Astana Hub resident in Kazakhstan and works remote-first across the region: Almaty, Astana, Karaganda, Shymkent, Aktobe, Atyrau, plus Uzbekistan (contracts in UZS) and the UAE. The team is made up of senior engineers experienced in high-load, banking and payment systems. You delegate a whole project or team and gain a convenient timezone, clear communication in Russian and English, and a transparent four-phase process: Diagnose, Design, Build, Evolve. We write no code until architecture, timeline and budget are fixed, set a fixed price after Design, and demo every two weeks. This combination of expertise, predictability and ownership of the result is what makes outsourcing in Kazakhstan more attractive than building a team in-house.

We take on whole projects through outsourcing — from a single product to a full team for your direction. We cover web development (corporate portals, SaaS, e-commerce, MVP) on React, Next.js and TypeScript; mobile applications (iOS, Android, cross-platform) on React Native, Kotlin and Swift; AI/ML solutions (chatbots, RAG systems, LLM integration) on RAG, LangChain and OpenAI; blockchain development (smart contracts, asset tokenization) on Ethereum, Solana and Hyperledger; DevOps (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP, Yandex.Cloud, CI/CD) and QA testing. We build backends on Node.js, Go, Java Spring Boot and Python, and data layers on PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis and Kafka. Unlike piecemeal hiring, we own the entire cycle: from diagnostics and architecture to launch and evolution across four phases — Diagnose, Design, Build, Evolve. You delegate the task completely, and one team runs it from start to result, with a demo every two weeks and a fixed price after the Design phase.

In outsourcing, quality comes not only from engineering discipline but from the process itself: we write no code until architecture, timeline and budget are fixed. First comes the Diagnose phase — Performance Audit, Architecture Review and Infrastructure Audit over 1–2 weeks at a fixed cost — followed by Design, Build and Evolve. At the engineering level we apply Code Review on every PR, automated tests (unit, integration, e2e), CI/CD for fast and safe releases, and production monitoring on our stack: Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, GCP and Yandex.Cloud. The key difference from a random contractor is that the same team that designed the system also implements it, so context is never lost and ownership stays in one pair of hands. A demo every two weeks keeps progress transparent, so you see quality at every step.

The main guarantee in outsourcing is predictability: we work on a fixed price and timeline locked in at the end of the Design phase, and we don't start writing code until architecture, timeline and budget are agreed. Before that, the Diagnose phase gives a clear picture through Performance Audit, Architecture Review and Infrastructure Audit over 1–2 weeks at a fixed cost, so you understand the scope before development even begins. One team leads the project from start to finish across four phases — Diagnose, Design, Build, Evolve — ensuring context understanding and ownership of the result, unlike the churn of hiring separate contractors. A demo every two weeks keeps the project under control and removes surprises. After launch we provide warranty support and accompany the product through the Evolve phase. Contracts for Kazakhstan and UAE projects are signed with WIZICO Technologies LLP, an Astana Hub resident. In Uzbekistan, UZS contracts are signed with W-Lab, an independent company in the group and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident.

Starting an outsourcing project with WIZICO Tech is simple: contact us through the form on the website or Telegram and tell us about your task, then we guide you through a clear four-phase process — Diagnose, Design, Build, Evolve. For existing systems we recommend starting with the Diagnose phase: a Performance Audit, Architecture Review or Infrastructure Audit over 1–2 weeks at a fixed cost, to understand the product before work begins. For new products we start with diagnostics and design, moving to build only once the architecture is agreed. We write no code until architecture, timeline and budget are fixed, and we lock the price at the end of Design, after which you see a demo every two weeks. We work remote-first across Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan (contracts in UZS) and the UAE through WIZICO Technologies LLP, an Astana Hub resident (KZ), and W-Lab, an independent company in the group and an IT Park Uzbekistan resident (UZ). You delegate the whole project, and one team owns the result.
