Is real estate tokenization legal in Kazakhstan or UAE?
Kazakhstan: AIFC (Astana International Financial Centre) supports tokenization frameworks. UAE: VARA (Dubai) has explicit RWA tokenization regulation — Dubai is one of the world's leading jurisdictions for tokenized real estate. We architect smart contracts within these frameworks.
How do you handle MLS and listing feed integrations?
We support API (REST/GraphQL), SFTP feeds (XML/CSV) and web scraping (with permission). Typical KZ integrations: krisha.kz, OLX, automated rotation, deduplication. For Dubai: Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle. Bidirectional sync is supported.
Virtual tours — Matterport vs custom?
Matterport works for high-end listings (~$200/tour). For volume (100+ listings/month), we build custom 360° photo tools using standard cameras + our web viewer. Trade-off: Matterport is premium quality, custom is 10x cheaper at scale.
Mobile-first or desktop-first for proptech?
Mobile-first absolutely. In KZ and UAE, 70-80% of property search happens on mobile. We design for mobile, then enhance for desktop. PWA covers most needs; native apps for established platforms wanting push notifications and loyalty features.
