How does your engineering approach work?: We don't write code until architecture, timeline and budget are locked. Four phases: Diagnose (system or task audit, risk map), Design (architecture, stack, spec + fixed price before kick-off), Build (same team delivers, demo every 2 weeks), Evolve (support, monitoring, new features, refactoring as you scale). This approach lowers the cost of error and gives predictability on timeline and budget.
Where should I start working with WIZICO?: We recommend starting with one of our fixed-price audits: Performance Audit (is the system ready for load growth), Architecture Review (risk map and technical debt) or Infrastructure Audit (cloud cost and reliability). Each is a separate 1-2 week product. It's the Diagnose phase in a short format; you can stop at any stage.

How much does development cost and how is pricing determined?: Pricing is set during the Design phase — after the design is done, you receive a fixed price for build with locked timeline and scope. Diagnose audits (Performance, Architecture, Infrastructure) have fixed costs and take 1-2 weeks — this lets you assess risks before major investments.
