No. We don't have a physical office in Tashkent — the team works remotely from Almaty. Legal presence in Uzbekistan is provided by IT Park residency, which is enough for som-denominated contracts and local payments. In-person meetings happen at the client's office, at Tashkent coworking spaces or online.

Yes. We can fly to Tashkent to meet at the client's office or a coworking space. We agree on the date via info@wizico.tech or Telegram @wizico_founder. Regular online meetings in Google Meet/Zoom are also an option.

For UZ clients, the contract is signed with our Uzbekistan entity — an IT Park resident. Som payments, UZ-standard reporting (invoice, acceptance act). FX payments via a UZ bank are possible on request. For KZ/UAE clients, we work through WIZICO Technologies LLP.

Payment systems: Click, Payme, Uzcard, Humo. Local banks: API integrations possible via the UZ entity. Localization: Uzbek (Latin/Cyrillic), Russian, English. SMS providers and delivery services — connected based on project needs.
